So they got rid of the title Director and now its back ..
People lost part of their bonus program buy going from Director to leader and now Director tile is back oh and they didn’t even post it ... director of revenue vs director of operations ?? What the difference ??

Well if he is basically blackballing employees who gave a sh–, then I will be on that list then. I cant say I will be upset then and will take it as a badge of honor to know I triggered the snowflake.

This company continually gaslights its employees. Its a creepy cult like mentality with the expectation of employees not speaking up. No one wants to hear them anyway. My years here were traumatizing because of the unspoken "silence contract" that other employees enforced. It is the closest thing to being groomed for a cult.
This is what we need. Those who are in the position to speak out, please do. This is how we will change things at SWPE!
