why would anyone opt into the program to have their cash bonus be paid in stock?

doesn't seem like there is any financial benefit at all?

It reduces the amount of cash TD would pay out, prevents rifs due to Covid, while at the same time due to the immediate vesting makes the person who exercises the options more than they would have received with the cash option. It also gets people invested more in ensuring we are all successful.

Vantage, we should call it disadvantage, it is so hot that makes customers keeping their hands off for the simple reason of not getting burned.
