Been here for over a couple of years now, used to be proud working for this company. However over the last couple of weeks, its been a real eye opener in terms with how this company treats non-union loyalty. Maybe im missing something entirely, but it makes me wonder what kind of company am i working for when you have to win a lottery over loyalty, to get laid off* (departure). Where is the integrity and respect here?
Be curious to see what happens to those who have 20 years, lose a lottery to a 3 year employee.
Definitely reevaluating who i am working for now. Wont be surprised if unions start popping up in other regions after this.
