With the termination of several top regional leaders, the fear has been set. There will be more to come.

Your not wrong about the Peter principle. But they have barely scratched the surface with the moves this week. Still plenty of incompetents drawing a paycheck at the "leadership" level.
I would tap the brake on the great leadership and selling skills of the RVPs. I posted previously about the time line of Staples decline which coincided promotion of inept and incompetent individuals into leadership positions. The Peter Principle is real and came to fruition earlier this week.
They all knew how to sell. Unlike MH or RQD who are just virtue signaling clowns. The end is near.
Not that anything should surprise anyone at this point, but the RVP’s that were let go this week were some of the best leaders that we had. I worked for two of them and knew all of them for years. They were longtime employees that still cared about their people. Not sure who is making these decisions, SP, SD, JH or JG, but don’t think that your tenure or loyalty will protect you.
Guys no one is getting called back earliest Sept. there four leaders were good: RD, JA, KM, JS and AH, all in SBA GTM. More changes are coming...batten down the hatches!!
So did anyone get called back in from Furlough or did they just push off layoffs again...
Top regional leaders ?
