Sorry, should have read Wednesday, not Monday.
No rumor, official email from HR went out to all German employees Monday morning. No formal 'last day' set yet.
Any news on CA Germany being closed? Other than that it's just a nasty rumor.
What are the sites they want to keep in EMEA?
Based on the documents they shared why the close Germany, France, Italy and Spain would not survive either.

They plan on keeping just 3 CA subsidiaries in EMEA. Funny how there was 0 mention or hint about this important measure at last week's coffee talk, but I guess that's the Broadcom way of doing things.

After being informed of being being part of a layoff. How long does it take to receive severance package information? In the notification it says approximately more information would be provided approximately two week prior to end date but I am approaching my end date but have yet to receive further details.

Lack lustre eanings call. As usual wireless screws the rest of the co. Layoffs gonna start even before this month ends. SAD!
If there will be layoffs, Tuesday is usually the day they start, that's why I'm wondering. I'd like to be mentally prepared.
