I heard from 3 reliable sources that the next round of layoffs will be for team leads and junior managers. I’m actually looking forward to this happening. Not sure of the timeline though.

Pfft... The problem is that SCMP program... They give college kids with no experience the keys to the shop.. AKA PGLs... Able to make a dazzling spreadsheet and graphs... Screw everything up and get promoted to mahogany row... Work Center Leaders are usually mustangs...
Good or decent Production Group Lead (PGL) can replace Work Center Lead. It’s about time they know where to trim the fat.

That's crazy, who is going to lead you without a team lead? You will just sit there all day, helpless.
I know of 1 person that was let go on Monday, so layoffs are definitely not done.

Great news. They can start with Sperry Software. The worst software team in the company. You wont find anywhere else managers as incompetent .
