Let's try to be objective. Things are bad here .. but they're not as bad as we thought they would be, say, last summer.
Since last summer we've managed to get a decent amount into CDP AND add new customers fairly consistently. What happened to getting new customers? Why did it seem we stopped getting new customers right when RB took over?
Sorry I don't have much interaction with sales, and when I do it's not honest. My guess is that dropping service personnel will just exacerbate this problem of no new faces.
