More layoffs after almost 3 months of furlough is coming.......apparently...several IT positions are going away.....Application analyst and other IT positions being considered to be outsourced to low-cost area soon.....can anyone else confirm ?...this information from an employee on furlough

More to come. Trinity Health is engaging in a major reorg of IT services. Three main silos of Product Management, Product Engineering and Service Line. The last one, Service Line, is the operational support of IT. All of the Windows desktop, Windows server, Cisco network, VM, and Citrix day to day support. All within one org structure and cost center with decent metrics. You can see where this is going... TH outsourced 500 clinical app analysts to Leidos over a year ago. Ascension Health, also Catholic Healthcare, has undertaken aggressive outsourcing (India, HCL Tech). This is an unstoppable trend it seems.
Finally..it is happening...the above post mentioned it would happen...last week...more and more
