The new CEO is showing that he is a leader by moving quickly quickly to put people in place in key roles that can help deliver the change that Resideo needs. The previous CEO focused on the wrong things (new corporate HQ, small acquisitions that added no value) and listened to the people that were responsible destroying the business in the first place. Hopefully the new CEO will continue to put the right people in place in sales and marketing leadership roles too. It's important that people making decisions understand the business and our customers, and since the spin off that has not been the case.

As part of the layoff it seems that they will go after the LeGre type of y incompetence in Melville.
Any confirmation they may clean the people that are s—ups??
That one? Probably backstabbing HDG and everyone that challenges him. Well known to be “liberal with the truth” especially regarding his capabilities and working to screw his peers as usual... both him and the French Legrey Melville Rat likes to plunder the company during lay-offs ...
@fip - you mean fleshlight? I guess now that moobs is gone and lurch is doing what he does (nothing) he's practicing his specialty on Herman D. German (HDG)?
Who is that RSI dude that says he is going to be the next C level Tech officer?
Is he in Austin? GV? Melville ? What’s his nickname?
They are working to strip it and sell the parts. Just a matter of timing before it’s all broken up. Honeywell should have done it themselves but someone has to pay for their legacy liability!
I bet this new guy is the CEO’s friend.
Newest hire is trusted from CEO's days at private equity. Bringing in his close trusted team. Think some of the others in the high e bands might be worried. Time at Honeywell might be a curse not a badge.
