With 401k match gone, what's the next thing they might cut? Or will they focus strictly on layoffs from now on?

paycut, no raises, no 401k contribution...most likely no bonus..at least for the minions. I work there....why.????
Probably a 5-10% paycut, then layoffs later. They don’t want to be short staffed post pandemic if recovery is V shaped. It will be a last resort. EMC did it in 2008. 5% paycut for 12 months. Then layoffs followed a few months after the paycut announcement
Honestly, I'm not sure which option is worse...
