Why reopen it when the people who work there can do the same thing from home
That's the problem for Eddie in a nutshell. Can't see anyone paying a high price to lease or buy his sh-tty mall property when nobody is going to be there for months while there's property taxes to pay. Just the opposite rather, people already paying or have agreed to pay are fleeing at fastest speed.
