Heard some rumors on major reorganization/layoffs in June, mainly targeted developments and services.

Trump has just announced he’s suspending the H1 Visas and this will help save half a million American jobs. This will not bode well for Allscripts who depends on hiring cheap labor to replace all the American employees they’re laying off.
An AVP of Sol Mgt based out of California needs to be absolutely resign to keep Analytics team going. He has nothing to offer to our clients except constant blah blah BS and ZERO vision.
Leaders, people will stop posting on this website and your PR debacle will disappear when you start leading with integrity. Do us all a favor and resign. You sick. You’re driving this ship into the ground.
How many rounds of layoffs will this make since the beginning of the year?
More layoffs are coming and some other significant structural changes. This forum is available for the exchange of information and no one should feel pressured about viewing this sight.
most of these posts will be deleted by the company. pretty disgusting.
Was the post by Post ID: @4lwd+15conlrp PB? They are asking for people to quit posting on this forum..
And, btw, the companies you mentioned all have their own pages on this site, and their employees are doing the same thing the rest of us are: looking for information so that we're not shocked when we go into the office. If executives had any kind of transparency, or even a small amount of respect, in dealing with their workers, sites like this wouldn't be needed.
@ 4lwd+15conlrp did you forget reading the name of this website? It is the place where we share the lay-off information. If you do not like it, please leave. You have no rights to teach others what to do. By the way, other companies are laying off employees does not justify Allscripts to lay-off hard working US workers. Looters rubbing stores do not justify you to rub too.
Please stop these rumors and don't make employees panic by spreading these. If there is some news, it will come out and no one can stop that.
Many companies including big shots like Aetna, IBM, Humana, Cisco, HP, Microsoft companies laid off thousands of employees, but not in the news. It was all silent and happening behind the scenes. I just want to say, layoffs are not just limited to Allscripts.
Lets hope for the best and not panic about current situation. Good luck
Some kind of dystopian workplace. Just waiting for Agent Smith to appear..
What day is the announcement?
For many of us who have been laid off from other companies and now work at Allscripts, Yogi Berra said it best: "this is Deja Vu all over again"
I only come back to read these, so I can count my blessings I no longer live day to day with that anvil hanging over my head. I have been gone almost three years now, and so much happier. Sorry to see the poor management is still in control. Reorganization does nothing when your just moving incompetence around the company. It can’t be the leadership it must be the workers failing time and time again.
I seriously doubt that any one trusts the company they work for these days.
Anything concrete? Or is this just speculation based on the recent past?
I get it. They drop the hammer two hours after a recent all hands meeting where they said layoffs were done for a while. So zero trust.
But undertones and rumblings are constants with this company.
So is there any specific info to suggest more layoffs in June?
Yup, The business can't sustain itself any longer. So, I'd say a major sell off of product lines is in order. Sad, to see since many good people did the hard work and now they are the ones going to suffer.
Reducing staffing of development and services folks will hurt the ability to deliver new features, which will in turn hurt new sales. It will also hurt providing support for existing customers who may leave if they're not happy. It will be a downward spiral.
Definitely felt there were undertones of this in TJ’s weekly forum this morning. It will be interesting to see how DEV will continue to deliver on all the promises Sales and Solutions have made to customers with less people. Sprint teams are already stretched to the max. Cutting heads at the worker bee level is not the answer to the problem. It is just a means to a false bottom line our executive jokesters have convinced themselves and their crony board members needs to occur to save this sinking ship.
What's left? Good grief. Truly the gang that can't shoot straight.
Why is that a surprise? From what I know/heard, there will be a 're-org' every month to account for 'balancing the budget' until Allscripts becomes profitable again. Right now, there is a huge deficit which is increasing every hour.
Are you surprised? Read through past posts here. We've already established that LK is one of the worst kinds of corporate snakes.
Also heard the rumblings of this.
