Expect 10-15% pay cuts across the board.
That would be financially the equivalent of another 10% layoffs.
There is no other way under these circumstances.

History can be rewritten, same for contracts. Take a cut and if not, we'll lay you off. Your pick.
The iam , speea contracts are locked down, I am almost sure .... this will be how they treat the non union (managers) hopefully they cut some dead weight as well, less crews less first lines .... I am sure they are more scared then us .... they might not get sh– , notice or any perks . We might see entire shifts shut down , there’s going to be a bunch of unknowns to the little guy for the next 6 months
