Honestly, I am amazed VH was reelected as CEO. She will go down as the worst CEO in oil and gas history. I get why Icahn supported her, so she will be his puppet from now on, but why did the rest of the shareholders allow it? I voted against her and I almost never vote on these matters. All I can say is the shareholders now deserve everything they have coming when BK hits. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Is there a view that the board will replace her with an outside executive? Not until after the eventual bankruptcy or restructuring?
Tony Romo? No way is VH anywhere near the caliber or as successful as Tony Romo. Much more like Ryan Leaf. There's no way around it, VH's legacy will end up being right up there with many of the worst CEOs in history.
I was sure ready for a change. I don’t want bad mouth her, but as a company we needed a change at the CEO and other high level execs. For me it is like playing football and going to the huddle with Tony Romo as the qb. Not a bad qb, but also not a Manning, Brady, Bradshaw, or Staubach. Playing for a winner is so much more motivational as an employee for Oxy or being in a team sport. This just tells me the board has either given up, or we are going to be sold off in pieces for the next few years. I am going to stick with it and give my best, but man I was looking for some new leadership at the top.
This is like a bad movie that will not end!
They didn’t disclose the vote totals - could have been close.
The large investors that back her have millions of shares to vote on as opposed to us minions and the small amounts of shares that we hold.
U really think shareholders could outvote her with icahn and buffet on her side 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
