SS&C has practically dissolved this company. Not much left no clients, no employees, no service, no one left to take care of the handful of clients trying to hang on.

Yep; always has been, always will be a cr*phole company.
Ever consider that SS&C has no intention of reviving the company? They dismantle it, and sell the parts for more that the purchase price. Just like what Carl Icon did with TWA. The elephant in the room would be the mutual fund transfer agency business. Time to start selling the TA software?
SS&C is a company that is looking for profits and will cut anyone to obtain those goals. DST Health Solutions was on the rocks once Steve Sabino left as our CEO. Then Katherine Bland left and Sharon Thompson was laid off, all that was left were executive yes men and women just worried about their salaries. Sad thing to watch as this company and it’s long term dedicated employees get steamrolled by SS&C and the mighty dollar.
Cyber sec is also going down the collective drain. Get ready for those audits!

Are you serious??? The remaining DST and BFDS C & SVP level employees are the problem. Most are not qualified to hold the positions they have. The ones with no credentials bullied their way into their jobs, and the ones with any sort of "degrees/ possible meaningful credentials" are super unpersonable and sketchy (ie reportable to HR creepy).
The public needs to be educated what its like working for this company.
If you want to be gone just call the people center and discuss how you are treated with them. They will call your manager and you will be gone. Don’t “Speak Up” like they say. You will be walked to the door if you do.
It is hard to work for a company you can’t trust. This company cares nothing about us as human beings. We are looked at as producing resources not human beings. Our human existence is not important to SS&C. Its all about their profits and bottom line although, it appears we do not have enough clients left to be producing any profits.
