No merit for sure, and most likely no bonus and all legacy baker management will be replaced by GE personnel and/or diversity initiatives. the idea of the old Baker where we were transparent, used our moral compass when dealing with people is gone....if you believe in safe spaces and would rather live in a feelings based company rather than facts where popularity gets you far, then the new Baker is for you.
