Working for Cameron, I learned that most people gave a sh– about their products and that doing good meant something. We had a really good relationship with customers to ensure we made the equipment work correctly. Collaboration between cameron divisions has always been excellent.
Cameron was a long term success model, especially with developing new ideas. They always put money toward innovation and did the right thing for customers. I really hope this does not go away after the reorg. We build a lot of technical and custom work to do whatever the customer needs. I dont want to lose the customer centric way of running a business. It is nice to stay in communication with the customer and for them to be interactive in the build.

Where was this person hiding the past 5 years with SLB being the owner of Cameron? SLB got rid of the best of Cameron can kept the good old boy management system in place at Cameron just long enough for those managers to understand that survival meant hunkering down, do nothing for their teams, say all the right things to their superiors and hide in their offices with the doors half closed and look like they were busy.
