Nice guy too. Preventable??? Not sure. I’m sure the pressure of the job had nothing to do with it. We are in a safe calm work environment

N our area they don’t do ladder training anymore and use mostly all connectors. I would assume if it was a contractor it wouldn’t be the company’s fault. Hints why they use connectors.

I doubt they will implement stricter ladder regulations cause it will slow down productivity. They don’t care about your safety they only care about how many jobs you accomplish a day so their stocks go up, even if it means risking your safety or even your life.

As sad as it is to say. They will blame him. An not the ladder or work load. Your safety is your responsibility. I know there will be guys who will bash this comment. But lets just hope this tech is ok. Oh an here come more stricter ladder regulations.
