What is the highest amount of months anyone has heard of being accepted so far. Highest I’ve heard so far is 12 months.

Like many of you, I am also concern about oxy moving forward. I spoke to an attorney friend about ch 11, and how it affects vsp. The short is, anyone that took the vsp before ch 11 filing, any unpaid wages, you become a creditor, and good luck getting the balance. You become low priority. This really is depressing and getting more sad. But that is the truth. Like VH said, we are good for 2020, and who knows for 2021. Might just be best to get laid off, or bought out. This vsp isn't ideal. Wish I had asked these questions earlier.

Oxy pulled a switcheroo at the last minute and pulled the Severance Agreement from their website on May 1. They cut in half the previous promised Severance agreement for their employees.
12 months is the highest I have seen by far. So not sure it is legit. The email says “based on number of requests “ ... what does that mean? Not enough requests? Or they still have many requests to consider. It seems like there has been a large number of requests but not many accepted.
