Absolutely ridiculous for OXY to be paying upwards of 40 million plus a year for these old buildings. And the buildings are “sick”. Everyone talks about how much better their health has been and less allergies since leaving Greenway to WFH. Wonder if OXY’s health insurance employee costs have been reduced in light of this info? Less Dr visits, allergy shots, medications, etc. OXY should cut their building leases in half and just rotate groups of Teams in and out of Greenway offices with WFH on alternate days and or weeks.

I think the strategy by whoever chose to post the OP is that if Oxy can somehow save on expenses, they’ll somehow manage to save jobs and that’s just complete and total nonsense. If the revenue isn’t there, you have more problems than just the cost of leasing and at that point it’s not even prolonging the inevitable, the company is simply defunct anyway.
