I heard that the company was going to offer an early retirement buyout for the shop floor. Does anyone know why that didn’t happen?

Not many "beech" people left....alot left or got walked out already...very few made it over to west side.....😁😁😁😁😁
Beech employees do not need a buy out they are basically on disability, they get a check for not doing anything

Textron Aviation will be offering buyouts to Beechcraft employees in September.
That cost them way to much last time so they wont offer that to bargaining again.
Heard that would happen if the union accepted early contract negotiations.
