The senior (white) leadership fumbling over themselves to join the woke olympics is becoming a classic diversion from utter failure. It's fun to watch. We will go down but we will go down socially righteous. So we have that at least. Not suggesting the two have to be mutually exclusive but please, more business plans and competent execution balanced with our new SJW rockstar status would be coolio.

Diversity training and hiring practices do not extinguish prejudice – they actually promote it.
The lectures are now becoming redundant and offensive. You don’t need to lecture us to go vote. The more you talk about the lack of minority leadership, the more you admit the company has failed to be a diverse engine. Let’s tone down the rhetoric and noise and see some action. The problem is not with the employees, it is with SLT. Look in the mirror.
