Contractors could not figure out how to tell modem carrier channels,from house noise.Let us know how those FCC Complaints go though.Couldn't tie their shoelaces in the morning,let alone climb a pole and give signal readings.Their ladders can't reach that high......#ph—ed

I constantly get customers saying they are on hold for hours, cant get through, or get a call center in india that they cant understand a word they say. People are just wanting to drop their service everywhere.

I don’t understand how this optimum brand is still standing..I see so many run down vans with ladders and customer service is HORRIBLE..
