I hope they like to get let down and lied too. Installs rescheduled. Even if we show up we will leave without the equipment working. A VDO Issue that that upper management seems to think isn’t a problem. Ha,Ha,Ha. Everyone get water today and tomorrow. Not that my shop would even think about getting water for us. I buy my own along with my tools. Like everyone one else. Just saying.
That company has 9 techs they are hybrid osp/fs techs . They use RFM contractors for mainly their work force . This is exactly the type of company Altice should have bought. I had them for years not that bad of service just outdated but now we’ll see what horror will come of it . Let all the broken promises begin
There is multiple techs that took the package when Altice first took over optimum and then went to service electric. They all must be devastated that this nightmare is happening to them all over again.
they only bought the NJ portion of it. even if they rebuilt it to non fiber it will be an upgrade
Service electric covers all of sussex county and part of Pennsylvania— Altice going to destroy this small company
