Some returning associates are getting “relief pay” PLUS their FULL commission while others are making previous hourly plus 3% commissions, all while doing equal work in same conditions. Also, apparently some “loved” associates were “loved” so much, they were given a bonus of a percentage of their sales to return to work, while others should just be thankful to be able to expose themselves to the public with little or no thanks and NO bonus compensation!

They don't care about you if you are not part of their little click. I've never seen so much favoritism in my life. They feed these people top customers and allow them to move to different areas of the store while telling the rest of us no. The same thing goes with raises and promotions. Our jobs are constantly in danger because of our personal sales goal. I'd be a top associate to if I was fed customers for several years and these are the ones who get the bonuses while the rest of us are treated like second class citizens. Working at Neiman Marcus has been the worst experience I have ever had.
Depends on the store.a skeleton crew has been running most
