‘Supporting our people’. I think it should be changed to ‘Supporting our executives pockets’ especially Dave Farr’s pockets with $20M+ a year. CEO who cares for his own earnings. He owns $300M+ of Emerson stocks that were given to him by the board. Oh I forgot. He is chairman of the board and he also appoints board members.
They really should take down the Emerson core value posters with “Supporting Our People”. I wonder which VP was on that poster.
That’s Farr for you. The worst CEO in the world. You think they care about us? You think they have integrity?
They are doing whatever it takes to keep dividends.
No matter the social cost,
No matter if you are firing committed and motivated people.
Their approach makes me vomiting.
No respect for employees and their values.
