Don't believe what ADI says. When they did a hostile buyout of Linear Tech the CEO of ADI made all these big promises. Reality was lots of layoffs, even of people in Design, seemingly at random. The CEO of ADI is a salesman and they don't know how to run companies.
There's no way there won't be layoffs. Maxim joined the layoff party after Jack left.
It's an absolute nightmare. Employees leaving, hiring freeze, and no renewal of contracts leaves those remaining the burden to carry on as usual.
