My line manager said in our team meeting this morning that all people have been contacted and outcomes communicated, but they’ve decided to delay the release of the org chart until next week. Can’t imagine why that would be.
Just got the call today, I was unsuccessful in the Avanti batch. Time to milk the rest of my time at Shell!

I was told business continuity trumped having the best person for the role.. so most roles were going to incumbents anyway

My line was told to deliver news by Wednesday to everyone in the round. I got my regret phone call this morning
