Agree with the previous comment. Sentiments like these blow my mind! No one is holding a gun to your head to clock in at Sears. Those of us that are left choose to be here, I thought? 15+ years in for me. Why do I stay? Where else could I work where I can collect a paycheck every week for basically doing whatever I want? That, and nostalgia/emotional attachment, of course!
I thought it was a business where anyone is free to leave and find a new job not a prison. Another stupid nothing post with no information just a dumb comment.
