Hope the great sales guys didn’t land any school accounts for negative margin... if school is back in session soon those old Evergreen fillers that have been sitting since spring will have the cooler raining milk, nasty.

Does not matter. New sheriff in town. They can close you up just as fast before the ink even dries. They have all day now in wages and benefits. It’s a take it or leave it deal now for employees.

Deans did same thing when they bought us in 2010. Once existing contract expired. They cleaned house and was their ballgame on new contract.

Wages and medical plan in the contract. Past bankruptcy so can't go back to court and ask to have contract nullified. Will have to negotiate if they want to cut pay or increase medical plan costs and that will be a non-starter.

The De Pere plant’s management is non existent, basically runs itself. Managers just sit behind a desk, don’t know a thing about what is going on. It is pretty sad what has happened there.

Poor management is nothing new to us in De Pere. Select Dairies is a subsidiary of Dairy Farmers of America. That's one way to work around the justice system. As far as them slashing wages and all that that's nonsense. We have a contract. Pay up or close the door.

Ha. Good luck making $15 an hour with this company. I used to haul milk tankers for them. Poor management, wages and real expensive medical plan.

When all is said and done. You will be lucky to net $12 an hour take home.
