Yup that's exactly why. As the original post states nothing to lose now, as before you were pushed out the door. In fact there's been times where Foreman has begged people not got to HR in order to protect his puppets from getting reported and has said he's not going to admit they do it. If you have proof then why not bring it up, doesn't sound like anything other you wanted to keep your job and not be pushed out the door and you can always say what happened before and they can check back the exit meeting which will confirm what was said

You can't report anything in the m/c. Supervision try to stop you going to HR wherever possible. If you do go to HR and put in a complaint the henchmen lie about any wrong doing thinking that they will get brownie points. Once it gets thrown out due to "lack of support" what do you think happens to the person that complained. There was an incident just before change of foreman and the complaint was thrown out and the person that complained was forced out the door. The whole machine shop knows about it.

Being from another department you must have heard and seen things going on! If not it’s time to open your eyes up. No disrespect but most have seen what happens in that machine shop and how the foreman allows bullying by his supervisors , in fact it’s encouraged. The charge hands are like little school girls running back and fore telling story’s. Why can I ask would grown men listen to them coming into office doing that ???? Tell them to piss off and keep b–ching to themselves!!! But they don’t because they love it

Apparently one was raised before but nothing came of it. I’m sure some gaffers would deal with it but not many in dq have a backbone !! I think folk should bring it up! At the very least it will set a seed, the culture is toxic and needs to change. Personally the change needs to be the management and supervision as they are totally incompetent at jobs and it’s to easy for them to try an make the guys look bad to cover their own c-ap. The machine shop top 3 go out their way to nail everyone and every department so I’d be very wary if I were you!. I’ve heard though that somethings away to surface about 1 of the top 3 .

Point is , you bring it up now it looks just like you are stirring it up on the way out the door ..... why anyone would allow this culturecto exist is beyond me ...... im in a different department and can guarantee bullying of any kind by anyone would not be tolerated .... it would be out in the open immediately and everyone would stick together ....... bit late now to be bringing it up ! Has no one raised a formal grievance or reported it to their superiors ? If not it cannot be anything like you lot are making out

Guys who have devoted there lives to dq, and been here for decades, should be very concerned, not just about losing your job, but simply adapting to life after dq, the truth hurts, but time to wake up and smell the coffee, and search for inner strength.
