I’m unfortunately in the same rotation with a guy that smells. It’s gagging me. Doesn’t his wife or kids tell him to shower? He talks so loud on phone too. Obnoxious selfish person. I hope one of us are shown the door. I can’t take it anymore. I wish I could leave on my own , but I’m too old. Probably only written 400 lines of code in the lastnight year. So my skills are rusty
Nah just rumors. We will be safe. San Jose innovation drive ESD is really untouchable. They couldn’t let anyone else go because we are all way too valuable. I finally recognized my talents make me 10x engineer and will be asking for a raise. There was a typo in proprietary configuration file. I fixed it. Then added selenium automation test to ensure it never gets broken again. Seriously my selenium skills alone puts me at god like status. No way could someone do this work without being top talent. Broadcom knows who they owe. We have been ignoring HR about matters including work from home policy for a year , especially during this group rotation. We tell them ok then do our own thing. nobody comes knocking because like I said they know who they owe.
