Anything on franklin - haverhill 9-1-20. Is spreading like wildfire, is it true.
Guess would be that Franklin won't sell, DOJ will force DFA to set it up as it's own company with management and finances that on paper are separate from DFA (but that separation will be on paper only). Might also mandate Franklin buy a certain % of milk from non-DFA farmers and DFA will end up back in court when they do something sleazy to try and get around that mandate.
The COBRA notice has to do with the change from dean foods to dean dairy. While the Haverhill depot may close, Franklin will not. This plants supplies too much milk for the north east corridor. Even if it does not sell, it will not close. Rumors are running rampant because everything is just quiet. I must say however, some of these "supervisors" are really making poor calls. A first shift supervisor likes to step over everyone and gets away with it. Talk about an exploded head. Too many cooks in the kitchen. It really is time for clean up. But, we all know it wont happen until this plant either sells or becomes a permanent fixture of DFA. Some of us are really hoping this specific supervisor gets all he deserves. Noone wants to work with him at all. Talk about being a tyrant. Clean house please

Anyone from the Franklin plant on here can we confirm a closing on 9/1/2020?

So the person that posted Franklin is closing how accurate is your information? Reading the WARN notice it is possible to sidestep it due to the bankruptcy and conditions. So is it the plant or depot or both? Franklin is being marketed but I am sure through the court it had to sell by a date. Who really has an answer?
Idk if a WARN is required for haverhill depot only 30 guys and its not a plant. Unless they consider haverhill guys as part of franklin ive heard nothing about franklin closing just haverhill
