No word yet from the company about pto payout or definitive date pertaining to you on your severance.How about a little respect and empathy for your former employees. Calling HR services is a joke they have no answers, so the letter of separation says ask HR services !

My PTO payout showed up on July 3. No email or other notice, just happened to spot it in my bank account. Good thing I did or it would have screwed up my unemployment.
They are not required to pay out pto that's why your are getting severance
