@1yuu+15SQJwAv - 2014 called, they want their buzzword back.
(Or is OFD that far behind the times?)
First, it's definitely NOT team orange so stop saying that. It is team blue....soon to be black and blue.
Sorry I’m stuck on the $76 mill parting gift Jeff got. I read the doc, that poster is right. Puke
I call this stock at $95 a strong buy opportunity. It has an 18 month run to $150 in it
Get used to the FData trolls spilling positive comments here - you can tell them by non specific issues and grand statements about FB and the future. They have no idea what Team Orange was and while issues it worked pretty good. My department has been self-decimated by people leaving, among them me, and others I personally know. People do not leave a good job but a bad one and bad leadership.
They're not a shill. They are a f—ing troll that just enjoys getting under people's skin. It takes a special kind of a$$hole to go around doing that on forums.
$76 mill is one heck of a nice golden parachute. I think I got 2 weeks per year of service, which was slightly south of $76 mill
If you want a good read go to the sec filings section on the fiserv website and pull up def14a from April 1st 2020. The executive compensation section is particularly interesting. I doubt your severance is as good. $67 mill between 2 guys?

- Stop hemorrhaging money on software built to spy on employees. Use this money for something more positive, such as rewarding hardworking individuals. It's difficult to trust the so-called "leadership" when spyware is used as a replacement for actually getting to know the workforce.
I am #FiservProud, Together with FB we can make this company great again! Go Team Orange! Ignore the people who just want to hate yet still collect a paycheck. Sure there will be layoffs, but that is no different than every other company especially in the current atmosphere.
It seems you're a shill. In reality, morale continues to plummet to heck at record velocity as the company violently implodes up and down, complemented by a rapidly falling stock price. PS - Here's something to take back to the board meeting:
- Bring back the friggin' 401k match instead of taking our own money away from us and then repurposing it as a "relief fund".
- Stop blowing huge wads of money on friggin' agile, friggin' "open floor plan" building remodels, and friggin' TVs placed in every stairwell that play looped footage of the CEO talking. Instead, take this money and use it to reward your employees.
