Heard layoffs throughout NYCHHC by October and maybe hospital closings. Anyone else heard?

All city agencies/departments are required to submit a lay-off plan to the NYC Mayor's Office by 9/1/2020 to identify ways to makeup for the loss of tax revenues (due to the pandemic). Those selected to be laid off will receive letters by 10/1/2020 with effective date lay-off. There is also a previously submitted retirement incentive plan in Albany pending review.
