Until the entire upper management and executives are removed from the company and replaced with competent leadership this place is doomed. They are the root of all of our problems. How badly do you have to screw up here if you are in the top management before you are held accountable for your actions?

Better yet fire of the board of directors who keep the top level managment losers in place. How many times do you give these guys a chance for the clear incompetence and mistake after mistake.
