Has anyone else noticed how managers and leads are being much nicer in email and chats? Basically anything in writing? I have noticed this not only in my group but others. I find it odd and very out of place. Maybe they are jockeying for positions related the upcoming layoffs of middle management?
I just can't quite put my finger on it.
Why does anyone downvote the post by @mri+15R86duv on link for letting upper management about bad supervisors ( which is most of them :) )? I don't get it unless that is ADP HR doing so!
Agree, do not complain to management or HR. Pretend to be the starry-eyed and gung-ho model employee all the time. If you don't like to work there then find a new job and leave. Complaining is like signing your own death warrant job-wise. Leave on your own terms, not ADP's.
If you complain to upper management or HR you will be terminated. HR works for ADP not for you the employee. I know several people who expressed concerns and were fired.

From what I know ADP doesn't ask employees to complete annual assessments of their managers anymore. On that note it may have been replaced by the Standout employees complete weekly. I know there has been movement in the VP world in services, out with the old and in with the new. Managers are having to step up their game because the new VP isn't their 'friend' anymore.
Management is worried about their jobs and the assessments that employees fill out is coming out.
I think you meant "ADP stepping on" employees. If you know of no one affected of a layoff then you must have been a hermit working in a cave for a long long time. I personally know of dozens maybe even 100+ personally. It's really bad how ADP has treated folks who helped build this company for the last 25 years.
I’m a VERP with close ties to former associates, hearing ADP is stepping up during this time.
I hope it’s genuine, aside from layoffs which I know of no one affected.
