They have milked the board slot for too long and need to be replaced with talented board members.
They allowed Vic and then Oliver to be highly compensated and drive terrible results. Lots of other critical mistakes under their watch.
They must go.

At least they no longer have Kepler’s boss, also from Dow, Bill Stavropolous, on the board. Who thought having two guys who work at the same company on the board together would add diverse perspective? Really dumb and good old boy like.
