Going around talking about work efficiency! As if anybody cares about the sinking ship only desperate saddo’s who are terrified to have the shackles removed from the masters. All the top machinists have asked for voluntary redundancy so gd luck with efficiency lol!

Probably not , because of fear of getting more bother, I’ve heard supervision saying how they will give anyone who stands in way all the worst jobs etc etc . Bullying in that machine shop has gone on for years by men who hide behind a title , none of them would be capable of bullying outside of work . It’s very horrible to watch what they have done to individuals throughout my time .
Has anyone reported the perceived bullying to HR ?
Self respect has gone for anyone willing to accept the bullying that they receive. It’s not right guys, break free . I know more and more operators are making a stand and it’s great to see the bullied standing up for themselves. Well done
I would rather have shackles of destitute around my neck just so I can break free from the DQ shackles of poison and despair.
Anyone willing to stay needs to realise that they have lost all self respect for themselves .

If you’re one of the people hoping lots of men take VR so it gives u a better chance of being kept in that horrible place then you’re an embarrassment, yuck pathetic people....and some of you will turn down over 30 k to do so hahaha shows what that place has done to you that that’s how low You view yourself that u can’t take the great package and go better yourself

This can't be true. They furloughed all the guys that would have the "least impact" to the company and kept all the superstars working.

And on about efficiency it’s messed with to make some look better and others worse . I’ve seen it. If efficiency was important the charge hand wouldn’t be in his position or quality I might add. We all know this it’s a machine shop running joke . So they can poke efficiency up the bottom because we don’t give a f***k

Get a grip, open your sad little eyes and look at the situation we’re all in, the company doesn’t care about you , your insignificant to them but still you disgrace yourself by trying to defend them. Grow a set and be a man it’s embarrassing, in fact don’t ! Just carry on being Gollum to your master .
