I don't believe Boeing gives a damn about you once gone. 3 month extension for healthcare? They cancelled me. just been on the phone with Blue Cross. Cancelled. I did everything they told me to do. Signed up for COBRA. Updated all my personal information on WorkLife. Tried to get a pr-scrip-ion filled, shows no coverage on their computer. Blue Cross told me if you try to call WorkLife , its a 3 hour wait. I was the third person within the last hour that called them for the same issue. How about going to the doctor? Cant until this is fixed. 30 years in the company.

Probably contracted the job out, the people who were supposed to set you up for your 3 months coverage most likely don’t understand english well, have seen things like this many times over the past few years, hopefully it will be corrected quickly.
There might be a problem with the VELO’s Medical Coverage Approval System. I’d imagine it is something a simple software patch can fix. Might want to look into it.

I did all of that. Chatted with 4 different WorkLife contacts. The last person said someone will call me within 24 working hours. the first three? hey could hardly spell correctly in the on-line correspondence. And I could not begin to pronounce their names. Not a begot here, just sayn.
