I’ve heard that Altice has a deal with OSP contractors. Is there any truth to this? I know we have contractors for construction but day-to-day OSP work? Info needed!

Can Union stop if they disband ATS? Can AUSA only use contractors? Union only covers ATS company. The 3 year plan is unfolding.
