Overall demand for oil is questionable for the near future, we freight oil, no product to move no revenue. FYI - Take-or-Pay contacts usually do not end well for the "you owe me money" side.
IT's ERP will continue to bleed cash ( even though it can be capitalized and not seen as an immediate Expense on the bottom line ), it will continue to bleed even after an announced "SUCESS AT LAST", then oh yeah it does need a few more fixes.
Where is the money going to come from? Dedicated employees could donate blood and let the company sell it on the open market. I checked and it goes for $150 - $300 USD!
