After some research and cross referencing I'm predicting Miami Fl, Costa Mesa Ca and South Lake Tahoe Ca. For good measure Kingston PA and Kearny NJ. Let's see what happens. And may the odds be ever in your favor.

AND THEN?!.....
6 Months later, not a single one in the OP closed. This is what happens when people just venture wild guesses without evidence LOL. Proof is in the pudding.
Maybe the Florida ones (Key West, Key Largo, Marathon, Miami) will close at the end of the 2020 tourist season? Not sure how successful they are during an off season.
This is a relatively easy one. Look at the states with only 1 store, namely the 4 "M" states, Michigan, Montana, Maryland, & Mass.. Those will go soon. Next, look at the towns that have both a Kmart, and a Sears in them, namely Miami, Silver Spring, Long Beach, White Plains, Mayaguez. In those cities, 1 of the 2 brands will surely close.
Then look at oddball locations, like Kearney/Belleville NJ which are walkable to each other. At least 1 of those 2 will surely go, because they are redundant. That is about 10 stores right there. Of course, they will all close, but these are the ones that will likely go soon.
The Miami Kmart is in pretty sad shape. I'm glad it's still there for the community and the workers, though. Let's hope for a turnaround.
Well I for one care if my Kmart hangs on! Yes I get maybe others don’t care, but it matters to me.
I think it's wonderful Costa Mesa is still hanging in there. That store has roots going back to 1963.
C&S Wholesale Grocers a Wholesale company.
It’s a company responsible for delivering grocery products to a store (food, paper products, cleaning goods, etc.).
what are C&S ?
Looks like costa mesa and miami got C&S today.
I think we are all impatiently waiting for them all to close. We are on deaths door. Begging for someone to pull the plug.
That's wonderful news about Hyannis. Thanks for the update.
Hyannis is still getting its C&S trucks. I dont think they are next.
"No more closings this year. At least on the Kmart side."
Seriously???
They will all be closed before the end of the year.
And as far as the A/C report, my store was not on email list, we have them in stock and had not previously reported it. But we are one of the 3 in the OP list.
the three areas on the AC on hand list probably either reported or don't have any since they're in areas largely with central AC
There's one more Seritage property left to close this year. Might be either a Sears or a Kmart, either in California or Puerto Rico.
No more closings this year. At least on the Kmart side.
Our kmart store got an email yesterday asking to make sure on hands are right for the A/C units on the sales floor, listing all the kmarts and their on hands. Only 3 stores were not on that list. Miami, Costa Mesa and South Lake Tahoe.
Wow, big deal. Just guess like 10 more and its the rest of them.
Some talent.
Hyannis got one 2 weeks ago and a month ago. which is every 2 weeks like they are supposed to. So maybe not closing.
Looks like Hyannis Ma hasn't received a c&s truck in awhile either. Might have to add that one to the list too.
For Sears news and rumors posted by our visitors right at the top
Honestly there no need for predictions just keep looking at jobs.sears.com everyday
The first 3 the OP listed have not received a c n s truck in over a month, some longer. As an employee of one of those stores, we haven't had one in 2 months, so it wouldn't suprise me.
I predict Hyannis, both because it is isolated and because it is in the way of the property owner's plan to redevelop the site. Plus, a Target opened last year in the mall across the street, where Sears used to be.
I would predict the states with 1 left: Hamilton, Montana, Marshall, Michigan, Hyannis, Massachusetts, Silver Spring, Maryland at some point soon.
