I didn't know they were still selling PA's? I thought all the warranties were being sold for third parties, such as Cross Country, and American Home Shield...

At first glance I objected to the "slow and steady" in the title. But the author corrects this in the first sentence of the article. The demise is accelerating. I wonder why they are keeping any stores open at this point. Maybe it's the best way to liquidate, while still maintaining the pretense of having a continuing operation. They can still sell protection agreements if they can convince gullible customers the company has a future.
