What's "VRP"?
VRP will happen after the first round of bargaining layoffs but before the second. The VRP number will not negate any headcount reductions from any of the three rounds of bargaining reductions but only add too that number.
Don't be surprised if they go back 20+ years....🤯🤯🤯

NO VRP!!! we screwed that one with the no vote. They will try to make a point with the layoffs. Plus i don't think they have any money to offer. We are all living pay check to pay check.
I bet that a VRP will be offered first starting the week of the 6th. Once they have that number, the difference will be who will get a lay-off notice the following week of the 13th.
Textron filed for 1,950 head count reduction with SEC, only about 1,700 to go!!! We shall see where the the next round goes... ya'll need to strike and do it quick!!!
