Saudi Aramco is still payong better than any other company, be grateful and stop complaining. BP is laying off much more than Aramco. There is no better company than this one.
They are not robbing you as you board the flights out of saudi.

Because this is standard practice worldwide, especially in Oil and Gas Industry.
Actually many companies do. For example Chevron is offering above and beyond the existing severance.
Why would you think any company would offer you advice the standard severance in period of crisis ?
