A second shut down is on the horizon. To those that laughed and joked about people that were previously laid off, prepare to sit back and wait for the next round. This time, Kevin H will not be as generous giving severance packages. The new fiscal year started 7/1 and with that a new leaner budget with a severe head count reduction. What made you laugh then will make you cry later.

So many are liars and phony. The second and third spot for losers such include Greg K with his fraud used car salesmen smile and all of the directors and Sr directors in National sales. One Asian females job as manager was eliminated only to be replaced by a white former colleague and this colleague was give a senior title. Jim J and Bryan J are blatant racists.

It's a horrible company! I hope they all get what's coming to them, particularly all the incompetent district manager's that play GOD every day and treat people like pawns........most of those losers will never find work......
Senior management is being disassembled. Some will find out their fate this week with demotions or severance packages being handed out. There will now be one leadership team under each region and regional president. No more local VP's or presidents. This one is going to be big.
Anyone know about senior management at the OPCOs now that this new regional structure is being implemented?

Your logic of treating people wrong = failure doesnt really work. Amazon has been treating their employees like c-ap for years and they have only grown in power.
Actually the severance is up to 26 weeks. A week for every year of service and caps at 26 weeks. Sysco is going to fail because they have done so many of us wrong. You cannot treat people wrong and expect to be successful. Just grab some popcorn and sit back and watch. I hope that Jeff Bezos takes over Sysco very soon.
What's so generous about the past severance packages. A measly week for every year of service up to 6 weeks, and cutting off your medical benefits immediately because Sysco self funds medical. What' s going to be worse than if your child had a surgery scheduled, for the next Tuesday and Kevin cut off your families medical like he did for all of us. At least other companies let you have if for 30-60 days before going on COBRA.
