The ones in question that have been removed are certainly no where near as bad as ones that have been left on here for weeks and are still on here. It seems DQ must be asking or getting help for certain posts to be removed. Especially ones where they don't want people discussing there underhanded tactics.

Posts are being removed. I put a simple one yesterday basically saying "Take your redundancy and run" and it was taken down. I don't think that's defamotary. Some higher up people must now have more say about the posts happening now.
DQ know fully well that this site exist. They hate it so much that they have contacted the site and tried to pay them to have have their name removed.
Don’t swear or use personaly identifiable data. Those are the things that get nuked cause the site has rules and site mods scrub this place on a regular basis. You can check their rules in the page footer.
DQ has no control over this site any more than you and me (just look how many different forums this site has, it wouldn’t have so many if any company had a control over it). Knowing how competent they are, I seriously doubt DQ even knows this site exist, but if they were, they would probably be eager to shut certain posts down anyway they can, cause no one likes bad PR.
Thing is, they can’t do much about it if the post isn’t illegal or in rule violation.
