The union at Embraer is pushing to completely change the BoD over a deal gone bad.
The IAM has said absolutely zero about the Boeing BoD who's actions caused two accidents and thousands of layoffs (you can say it was COVID, but they were coming either way).
Why do they stay silent? Well, besides their lack of guts, they are IN BED with Boeing leadership and the BoD.
Why do we keep paying dues when they do nothing but lose benefits for us and don't represent what is right.
There are a ton on union folks on this site that like to run their mouths, but the organization as a whole is nutless.
